Cosgrove Technology Group was established in 2002 by Justin Cosgrove. Justin started his technology career at Sprint Telecommunications where he worked as an Oracle Database Administrator and a Microsoft Software Engineer. He left Sprint during the .com boom to pursue a consulting career with a local firm called LogiSolve. At LogiSolve, Justin moved quickly from Oracle Database Administrator to Software Engineer, to Project Manager, to Director of Software Development, and finally to President. LogiSolve decided to shut down its California location after the .com bubble burst, prompting Justin to form Cosgrove Technology Group.
Justin formed Cosgrove Technology Group with a clear vision - he wanted to provide truly expert consulting in the area of custom software development. He wanted to enable client's of all sizes to deploy custom applications that would have an immediate impact on productivity. And he wanted to build a brand that could be counted on to always meet and exceed a client's expectations.
Justin had seen many consulting companies try to be too diverse, selling any service they could get a customer to buy and sacrificing quality and expertise in the process. He had seen many consulting companies try to grow too large, becoming head hunters and staffing firms delivering warm bodies rather than end-to-end solutions. He knew he wanted to avoid both of these pitfalls by building a tight knit team of software engineers who were true experts in developing applications.
Today, Cosgrove Technology Group delivers on that vision with a team of expert software engineers building applications on the Microsoft .Net framework. Every engineer at Cosgrove Technology Group has over 10 years direct experience delivering applications on the Microsoft .Net framework. They work together in small teams building custom applications to meet our client's needs in a wide range of industries.
