At Cosgrove Technology Group, one of our core values is fair and competitive pricing. We believe that all of our clients should get our best rate - that's why we keep our pricing the same for our large and small clients as well as our new and old clients.
Detailed Hourly Billing
We don't believe in fixed fees because the client always gets taken advantage of... they either pay more than they need to for the project, or they get less attention than their project deserves. Our consultants track their time on a daily basis. We bill by the hour with a detailed accounting of what was done and how long it took. You pay only for the services you use.
Not-to-Exceed Estimates
We do believe that a client should always know exactly what their project will cost, and should be able to count on their budget to be accurate. That's why the first phase in our project methodology ends with a detailed requirements document and a not-to-exceed estimate. As long as your requirements don't change, you can rest assured that your project will cost what we estimate or less.
